Dr. Mary Waters-Bilbo is a school counselor with over 20 years of experience working at all school levels in suburban and urban schools. She also worked as a director of school counseling to support over 60 elementary schools in Tulsa, OK. She most recently worked at a regional university in Oklahoma to prepare the next-generation of school counselors. The highlight of Mary’s career was being involved with Ms, Michelle Obama’s Reach Higher initiatives on college counseling.
